Iknow is not your “generalist” consultancy. Many of the large consulting firms provide an almost unlimited range of consulting services and try to be “all things to all people.” They tend to be particularly skilled at producing proposals but not particularly good at actually delivering solutions. Iknow hires experienced project managers, analysts, and industry and functional subject matter experts—all with expertise and competencies in knowledge management. We “custom build” our project teams based on the individual requirements of each client assignment.
